Your Rama Baby account is your personal space to manage everything in one place.

Once logged in, you can:

• View your order history and track recent purchases
• View and earn Keepsake points, like store credit, referrals, free shipping & more.
• Start a self-service return
• Check your store credit balance and expiry dates
• Manage your shipping addresses and saved payment details
• View and access your special offers and referral code
• Update your contact information and preferences
• Save your favorite pieces for easy shopping next time
  

Your account makes it simple to keep track of your past orders and store credit, so you never miss out on something special for your little one.

To log into your account:

1. Click here or on the person icon at the top right corner of our website.

2. Enter the same email address you used for your past order.

3. Check your inbox for your one-time login code - no password required.

All customers who have previously placed an order with Rama Baby already have an account waiting for them, and no additional set up is needed.

You can redeem your Rama Baby gift card at checkout.

1. Add your favorite pieces to your cart.
   
2. When you’re ready, proceed to Checkout.
   
3. On the right-hand side, find the field labeled “Gift card or discount code.”
   
4. Enter your unique gift card code and click Apply.
   
5. Your gift card amount will automatically be deducted from your total.
   

If your gift card balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with your preferred payment method.

If you still have credit remaining, you can use the same code next time until your balance reaches $0.

1. Shop and add your new favorite pieces to your cart.
2. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout.
3. At checkout, log in to your customer account using your email address, if you're not logged in already
4. Check your email for your one-time login code and enter it to access your account.
5. Once logged in, your store credit will automatically apply to your total - no code needed.

Gift cards earned for store reviews are redeemed at check out and can be viewed on your customer account, and expire 60 days after being sent to you. Only one gift card can be used at a time.

To use your gift card:

1. Add your favorite pieces to your cart.
   
2. When you’re ready, proceed to Checkout.
   
3. On the right-hand side, find the field labeled “Gift card or discount code.”
   
4. Enter your unique gift card code and click Apply.
   
5. Your gift card amount will automatically be deducted from your total.
   

If your gift card balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with your preferred payment method.

If you still have credit remaining, you can use the same code next time until your balance reaches $0.

Terms and Conditions for Promo Codes and Promotions

We occasionally offer promo codes, welcome discounts, and other limited time promotions. The following conditions apply to all of them unless a specific offer states otherwise.

One discount per order: Only one promo code, discount can or special offer be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other, with store credit, or with any other promotional offer, including offers or cash back through Shopify's Shop app. If more than one discount or promotional offer is applied to a single order, including through Shop, we reserve the right to cancel that order.

Applying codes at checkout: Discount codes must be applied at checkout before an order is placed. We are not able to apply, add, or retroactively honor a discount code after an order has been submitted, no exceptions.

Exclusions. Some discount codes may not apply to sale items, bundled offers, gift cards, shipping, or other ongoing promotions. Any exclusions will be noted at the time the offer is presented.

Minimum purchase and eligibility. Certain codes, including our welcome discount, require a minimum order subtotal to apply. Some offers are limited to new customers, first orders, or specific product categories. These conditions will be stated wherever the offer is presented.

Expiration and one time use. Promo codes are valid for a limited time and expire as stated in the offer. Codes are intended for one time use per customer. We reserve the right to deactivate or decline a code that shows signs of repeated or fraudulent use.

Suspected abuse. If we suspect a welcome offer or promo code is being obtained through multiple email addresses, accounts, or other means to bypass the one time use limit, we reserve the right to cancel any related orders.

No cash value. Promo codes and discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash.

Changes to promotions. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end any promotion, discount, or promo code at any time without notice.

Order review and cancellation. We reserve the right to review, adjust, or cancel any order where a discount or promotion was applied in error, in violation of these conditions, or through stacking of any kind, including combined use of a promo code and a Shop promotional offer.

Returns on Orders with Discount Codes: If a return brings your order total below the minimum required for a discount code, special offer, or promotion, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount you are no longer eligible for.

Earned Gift Cards: If you use an earned gift card toward a purchase and later return that purchase, the value of the earned gift card is forfeited and will not be reissued or included in your refund.

If your order included a discount code, promotional offer, store credit, redeemed Keepsake Points, referral reward or similar incentive, your refund may be adjusted if your return changes the order’s eligibility for that offer.

For example, if you used a 10% off code valid on orders over $150, and your return brings the remaining order total below $150, the promotion would no longer apply. In that case, your refund will be adjusted based on the full price of the items you keep.

If a discount, store credit, reward or incentive was applied to your order, the final refund amount will be calculated so that the promotional value does not exceed the value of the items you keep.

Keepsake Points, referral rewards, promotional rewards or similar incentives are not eligible for a cash payout and will not be refunded or returned to your account if they were used on a returned order.
