From time to time, Rama Baby may offer little thank-you rewards for shopping with us, sharing a thoughtful review, referring a friend, participating in Keepsake Points, or taking part in other Rama Baby promotions.
These rewards may include earned gift cards, Keepsake Points, referral rewards, promotional store credit, free shipping rewards, discount rewards, or similar perks.
Because these rewards are offered as a complimentary perk, they are considered promotional in nature and are different from purchased Rama Baby gift cards.
Earned rewards, promotional gift cards, Keepsake Points, referral perks, promotional store credit, and similar benefits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded as cash, transferred, exchanged, or paid out in any form, except where required by law.
If an order is placed using an earned reward, promotional gift card, Keepsake Points, referral reward, promotional store credit, discount, free shipping reward, or similar perk, and part or all of that order is returned, the reward value used toward the returned item will not be refunded, reissued, restored to the customer account, converted into points, or paid out as cash.
Any eligible refund will be based only on the amount actually paid by the customer, excluding the value of any earned reward, promotional gift card, Keepsake Points, referral reward, promotional store credit, discount, free shipping reward, or similar perk applied to the order.
If a return brings the remaining order total below the minimum purchase requirement for a reward, discount, free shipping offer, store credit offer, referral perk, or promotion, the value of that benefit may be deducted from the refund.
For example, if a reward or promotion was valid only on orders over a certain amount, and a return brings the kept merchandise total below that amount, the refund may be adjusted based on the value of the items kept.
Only items that are kept are eligible to earn rewards. Returned items do not qualify for Keepsake Points, review rewards, referral perks, promotional gift cards, store credit, or similar benefits.
If a reward was earned on an item or order that is later returned, Rama Baby may remove or cancel that reward from the customer account. The reward will not be reissued, restored, converted to store credit, converted to points, or paid out in cash.
To help keep these perks meaningful and fair for our small business and our customers, rewards may not be used to duplicate, cycle, or misuse benefits through repeated purchases, returns, reviews, referrals, or account activity.
Unusual, duplicate, excessive, or fraudulent reward activity may result in rewards being limited, denied, removed, canceled, or forfeited.
Rama Baby reserves the right to cancel or adjust any earned reward, promotional gift card, Keepsake Points balance, referral perk, promotional store credit, or similar benefit that appears to fall outside the spirit or terms of the reward program.
