Shipping Policy

At Rama Baby, we take pride in carefully wrapping each order and sending it to you as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find our current shipping guidelines for the United States and Canada.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed. 

For new seasonal arrivals, please allow a few additional days for processing and dispatch. In cases where additional time is needed to dispatch orders, we automatically upgrade your shipping to minimize delivery delays for our customers. 


United States Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $85 USD or more.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 8 business days.

Orders $150+ require signature on delivery. 

Additional shipping options are available at checkout depending on location. These alternative shipping options are not available for refunds or reimbursements. 


Canada Shipping

Standard shipping to Canada typically arrives within 7 to 14 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.


Additional Shipping Information

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO or FPO addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance. We are not responsible for carrier delays. 

If your order takes longer to arrive than expected, we will open a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not able to cancel, change, or refund orders in active delivery.

Please note that if you choose to waive the signature requirement or authorize the carrier to leave your package unattended, responsibility for the package transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery. Rama Baby is unable to replace or refund packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed under a signature waiver.
