Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Rama Baby LLC (ramababy.com)
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. At least one parent must be following ramababyofficial on instagram at the time of the draw from the instagram handle provided in your submission. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry period: Entries are accepted on a rolling basis. One winner is drawn on the first business day of each calendar month from all eligible entries received during the prior calendar month.
4. How to enter: Submit a link to your active baby shower or baby registry and ensure that one parent is following ramababyofficial on instagram. The registry must include at least one item purchased from ramababy.com specifically, available for purchase on ramababy.com at the time of entry. An item sourced from anywhere other than ramababy.com does not qualify. Limit one entry per person, per household, per monthly drawing period.
5. Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing using the email address provided at entry.
6. Prize: The winner will receive one item currently listed on their submitted registry, limited to items sold on ramababy.com at the time of the drawing, with an approximate retail value of up to $150 USD. If the qualifying item has a retail value above $150, Rama Baby reserves the right to substitute a different ramababy.com item of comparable or lesser value, at Rama Baby's discretion. No cash or cash alternative will be offered. Prize cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash value.
7. Verification: Rama Baby will confirm the entrant's registry link is active and contains an eligible ramababy.com item before fulfilling any prize. Entries with inactive, private, fake, or ineligible registry links will be disqualified without substitution.
8. General conditions: By entering, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Rama Baby, which are final in all matters relating to this giveaway. Rama Baby reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway, or these rules, at any time. Winners may be asked to provide a shipping address and, where required by law, to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Rama Baby to use the winner's first name and general location for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless the winner requests otherwise.
10. Limitation of liability: Rama Baby is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure of the entry form.
11. Governing law: These rules are governed by the laws of the state in which Rama Baby is registered to do business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
