Official Rules – Rama Baby Spin Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE OUTCOME. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING ANY PARTICULAR PRIZE OUTCOME. HOWEVER, CERTAIN PRIZE OUTCOMES CONSIST OF PROMOTIONAL REWARD CODES THAT REQUIRE A PURCHASE TO REDEEM.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Rama Baby LLC, 1700 Massena Avenue, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion Period

The Rama Baby Spin Promotion (the "Promotion") begins on 7 April 2026 and ends on 30 April 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

3. Eligibility

Open only to new email subscribers residing in the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Only valid for first time subscribers and first time customers. 

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may enter by submitting their email address through the Rama Baby spin promotion form and completing the spin interaction. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household during the Promotion Period. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, scripted, or incomplete entries may be void.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Rama Baby. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion or to receive a prize outcome. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase the chances of receiving any particular prize outcome.

6. Prize Outcomes

Eligible entrants may be randomly assigned one (1) available prize outcome from the Promotion prize pool. Prize outcomes are promotional offers only. They are not gift cards, not cash, and not store credit except where required by law.

  • 20% Off Reward Code: 20% off a first order of $75 or more before tax and shipping.
  • $50 Reward Code: a single-use promotional reward code worth $50 off one order.
  • $100 Reward Code: a single-use promotional reward code worth $100 off one order.
  • $250 Reward Code: a single-use promotional reward code worth $250 off one order.

Approximate Starting Odds: Prize outcomes are assigned randomly according to preset probabilities established by Sponsor before the Promotion begins. Approximate starting odds are as follows:

  • 20% Off Reward Code: 97%
  • $50 Reward Code: 1%
  • $100 Reward Code: 1%
  • $250 Reward Code: 1%

If Sponsor changes the probability settings for any prize outcome, Sponsor will update these Official Rules and any required disclosures accordingly.

7. Odds

Odds of receiving any particular prize outcome depend on the preset probability assigned to that outcome at the time of entry.

8. Random Assignment

Prize outcomes are assigned on a random basis from the available prize pool at the time of entry, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

9. Redemption Terms

While no purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion or to receive a prize outcome, a purchase is required to redeem any percentage-off or dollar-denominated reward code. Reward codes may be subject to product exclusions, category exclusions, and other checkout restrictions disclosed by Sponsor.

10. Reward Code Terms

  • Dollar-denominated reward codes are valid for fourteen (14) days from issuance.
  • Dollar-denominated reward codes may be redeemed one time on a single order only.
  • No minimum purchase is required to redeem a dollar-denominated reward code unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor.
  • Any unused portion of a dollar-denominated reward code is forfeited.
  • Reward codes are non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • Reward codes are not redeemable for cash, gift card value, or store credit except where required by law.
  • Reward codes may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by Sponsor.
  • Lost, stolen, deleted, expired, or misdirected reward codes will not be replaced except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

11. Delivery of Prize Outcomes

Prize outcomes will be delivered electronically to the email address submitted at entry, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails, spam filtering, invalid email addresses, or technical issues that prevent delivery.

12. Canadian Residents

For Canadian residents, Sponsor may require completion of a mathematical skill-testing question, administered without assistance, as a condition of receiving certain prize outcomes, where required by law.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or use or redemption of any prize outcome, except where prohibited by law.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

Except where prohibited or otherwise required by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
