Canadian Returns & Exchanges

We’re so happy to welcome our Canadian customers to Rama Baby.

Return window

We accept Canadian returns within 14 days of delivery.
Because international shipping timelines vary, this shorter window helps us process returns quickly and keep our collections fresh.

Item condition

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached and original packaging included

Final sale items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items, including our Archive Collections
  • Socks, Tights, and Toys
  • Seasonal promotions
  • Accessories

Return shipping

  • Canadian customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We do not currently offer prepaid return labels for Canada
  • Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit

Duties, customs, and taxes

  • Any duties, customs fees, import taxes, and shipping charges paid are non refundable
  • If you would like to attempt to recover duties or import fees, you may be able to apply directly through the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)

Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 7 to 10 business days for inspection and processing.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • If a discount code or promotion required a minimum spend and your return brings your kept items below that threshold, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotion removal
  • Refunds will never exceed the amount originally paid

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for Canadian orders at this time.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How to start a return

Email customercare@ramababy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’re returning
  • A brief note on the reason for return

We’ll reply with the return address and step by step instructions.
